Welcome to Spatching! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our software and services. By signing up or using Spatching, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page, please do not use our service.

1. Use of Service

Spatching provides dispatch and route planning tools for small field service teams. You agree to use Spatching only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

3. Payment & Trial

Spatching offers a 14-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and code within Spatching is the property of Spatching and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.

6. Liability

Spatching is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or reliability. In no event shall Spatching be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any major changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
